Tanya Hunt is the principle Osteopathic and Naturopathic physician of Natura Osteopathy appleand qualified with first class honours from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London.  Natura Osteopathic Clinic now has 3 clinics: Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and North London.

The Natura Osteopathic Clinic takes a holistic view when treating you.  Using Osteopathic skills to rebalance your body and assess your nutrition and lifetsyle, the clinic will also look at how nutritional supplementation, exercise, dietary changes, hydrotherapy, fasting and relaxation can benefit you.  Whilst treating your condition we will also use one or more of the following types of treatment: soft and deep tissue massage, manipulation, stretching and mobilisation.

Combining Osteopathy and Naturopathy we use a method called Naturopathic Triad, which addresses all aspects of the Naturopathic Triad.  It enables us to detect the route of the problem and then to find and create the right conditions for the body to heal itself.  People are genetically, biochemically, structurally, and emotionally different and each person responds in a unique way to influences around them - at Natura we address lifestyle factors which are contributing to the problem and re-educate the patient.

At Natura we are passionate about treating patients. We work with all ages; from children and babies to elderly and frail and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including: neck and back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, RSI, arthritic joints, knee pain, ankle injuries, constipation, weight loss, IBS, inability to relax, eczema, asthma and aches and pains.  Many techniques are used to decrease pain, increase flexibility and improve your mobility, health and wellbeing, and your treatment will be tailor made to suit your individual condition.
